Bluescope Steel
BlueScope Steel offers a warranty of 15 years from the date of installation. This warranty is your guarantee against corrosion or deterioration when used as roofing and wall cladding for
sheds and steel buildings located greater than one kilometre from a marine environment. For sheds that can be influenced directly by harsh marine environments, please consult Just Sheds or BlueScope Steel for warranty specifications.
QBCC Home Warranty Insurance
Where your shed or carport is a residential outbuilding and is being erected by Just Sheds, CKNR Pty Ltd as a QBCC licensed contractor (Lic No. 1061436) will initiate home warranty insurance within five days of receiving your signed contract and deposit. The premium is included in your residential building contract. Home warranty insurance is a protection for homeowners. It provides cover in situations where the contractor fails to complete the work, the work is defective or subsidence occurs.
Other Product Warranties
Our suppliers of windows, roller doors, etc. each have their own warranty period. Copies of their warranties can be provided upon request.
Workmanship
Just Sheds’ erectors take pride in their work. Should there be a workmanship issue, they will happily return to the site, providing we are notified within six months of completion of the erect. Please note that if the issue is found to be due to lack of maintenance by the owner, then Just Sheds reserves the right to charge the owner a callout fee/labour cost if back-charged by the erectors.
